PADISAH RESTAURANT

“Padisah” Restaurant combines fine dining with stunning views of the “Caferaga Medrese”, the historical handicraft centre built by the world famous Ottoman architect Sinan in 1576. This stylish restaurant, serving innovative Ottoman cuisine is situated on the 2nd floor of the garden area with unrivalled views of the historical “medrese” specially lightened during the evenings. For a real gourmet experience, taste our special gourmet menu offering the best examples of Ottoman Palace cuisine with a traditional interpretation. The restaurant is open daily from 7 PM to 01:00 AM.

SADRAZAM RESTAURANT

Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from 7 AM to 11 PM, Sadrazam Restaurant is situated in the garden area. The restaurant offers "Ottoman" cuisine with a wide variety of traditional "palace" dishes. In the summer you can also relax in the garden with a refreshing aperitif and a tasty snack.

SALTANAT BAR

Open daily from 9 AM to 12 AM, the Saltanat Bar is located on the main floor just next to the Reception and Lobby area. Recognized as the old city's most stylish meeting place, it serves all kind of international & local drinks. Saltanat Bar will welcome you with its warm atmosphere, creative drinks and special cocktails for different seasons.
